These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Built Trailers' shop management system, customer portal, and SMS notification services (collectively, "Services"). By accessing our Services or opting into SMS notifications, you agree to these Terms.
Program description. Built Trailers sends transactional text messages to customers, dealers, and employees who opt in. Message types include order status updates and internal approval request notifications.
How to opt in. Text START, YES, IN, or ENROLL to +1 (435) 900-8198, or complete the form at builttrailers.app/optin. Consent is not required to make a purchase or to work with Built Trailers.
Message frequency. Customers and dealers receive up to 4 messages per order (one per production stage). Employees receive one message per approval request. Frequency varies based on order and approval activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to all messages sent to or received from Built Trailers at +1 (435) 900-8198.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Reply START or UNSTOP to re-subscribe.
Help. Reply HELP to any message or email info@builttrailers.com.
Your mobile number will not be shared. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Supported carriers. Built Trailers SMS is available on all major US carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for MVNO or regional carriers.
Our shop management system is an internal tool used by authorized Built Trailers employees, sales representatives, and dealer partners. Access is granted by a system administrator and governed by the role assigned to your account (Admin, Editor, or Viewer).
Sales orders placed through the system represent a commercial commitment between Built Trailers and the purchasing party. Order confirmations, invoices, and production schedules generated by the system are binding records subject to any separate purchase agreement in place between the parties.
Pricing, lead times, and product availability are subject to change. Built Trailers will notify affected customers of material changes to confirmed orders.
Our system integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online for accounting and invoicing. By authorizing this integration, you consent to the transfer of relevant order and customer data to and from QuickBooks Online under Intuit's terms of service.
All content, software, and data within the Built Trailers shop management system is the exclusive property of Built Trailers. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
Built Trailers provides its Services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Built Trailers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use our Services, including SMS delivery failures caused by carrier outages or device issues.
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was published. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
